| Since Thanksgiving, I've been eating Pumpkin Pie for every meal... I look forward to the holiday just so I have an excuse to eat Pumpkin Pie!
Do people outside of America eat Pumpkin Pie?
Who else thinks that Pumpkin Pie is the greatest?
If you don't think Pumpkin Pie is the greatest, what pie do you think is best?

| Us Brits don't eat pumpkin pie -we prefer Norwegian Hair pie - but Ill leave that to Tom to explain.
An American friend of mine (who has lived in UK for about 10 years but hailed from just outside Atlanta, Georgia still bemoans the fact that you can't buy tinned pumpkin in the UK - I mean FFS is it really too much trouble to prepare a fresh pumpkin?
I do like spiced pumpkin soup however (or is that too much thread drift for ya all?).
As an aside, on the streets of the knife crime ridden Bridgwater Town, the A&E department sees a vast increase in Carved Bumpkins at this time of year.

I think it is too much trouble to prepare fresh pumpkin... I use canned pumpkin and frozen pie shells when I make my pies... but if I was in a place where these things aren't available, I would go through all the effort to have a yummy Pumpkin Pie!

| Sigh - that's really lazy!
I like to make a pie from scratch.
Scratch is my pet Staffordshire Bull Terrier and he isn't quite so keen.

| I'm currently making a vegan Christmas cake - also fat free and sugar free. Just soaking the fruit in brandy at the moment. | |

| Oh yeah, granted it tastes like shit - thats why it needs 3 litres of brandy to mask the taste. | |

| I love pumpkin pie! I believe the canned pumpkin is pumpkin puree, isn't it Crick?
Amy Lamee (or whatever her name is) was on telly the other day making pumkin and pecan pie - that looked yummy too!

| I've always found pumpkin to be massively disappointing.
I like Linda McCartney's Country Pies - they are the best!!
In the States, though, you can't get Marmite, tea, salad cream, decent brown sauce, cheese, decent bacon...

| But you do get the KKK and Right Wing Christian nutjobs and that counts for a lot.
I don't think I'd like to taste Linda McCartney's Cunty Pie.
